CENTRE VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT

As an Assessment Centre we are committed to a strategic programme of development with stated vision, mission, aims and value base. We use these as essential tools to assist growth and change within NVQ Assessment. Through planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing we invite participants to help promote quality NVQ Assessment in Community and Youth Justice Services. Ultimately we hope that this enhances the quality of service provision throughout the Community and Youth Justice Sectors in Northern Ireland.

VISION

The Regional Assessment Centre for Justice Sector Awards will Promote Quality Assessment of Occupational Competence in Community & Youth Justice Services.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Regional Assessment Centre for Justice Sector Awards will provide opportunities for quality assessment of competence using the occupational standards defined in National Vocational Qualification Awards.

• AM Communication will manage the Assessment Centre.
• AM Communication will manage the induction, support and verification of candidates and assessors undertaking the Awards and manage the quality assurance of the Centre in line with Qualifications and Curriculm Authority (QCA) and Awarding Body requirements.

The Northern Ireland Office will provide support to organisations that are working with the Centre to achieve NVQ Awards with their staff.
